Warranty details

If the wireless charger included in your Gen 1 vehicle is damaged or not functioning properly, we'll replace it with a similar Gen 1 wireless charger, provided it is still under warranty.

If you prefer to upgrade to the Gen 2 wireless charger shown on this page, the upgrade is not covered under warranty and requires payment of the applicable cost.

Rewards Program Terms

The redemption of Rivian Rewards Points toward the cost of this work order is subject to Rewards Points availability at the time of payment.  Any Rewards Points redeemed will be reflected in your final invoice. Use of Rewards Points is subject to the Rewards terms and conditions.  Rewards points are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable when used for service-related work orders.
