Rivian Adventure Gear and Lifestyle Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition for a full refund less shipping. The refund will be processed to the payment method used once the units are received back into inventory at our Distribution Center.

Rivian Wall Charger
Wall Chargers are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of receipt in the condition you received it.

At your request and cost, we can assist with coordinating removal of an installed Wall Charger by a certified electrician.
